Every engagement starts with a senior engineer close to the technical work. When a project needs more, specific platform expertise or a parallel workstream, we bring in partners. These are freelancers and firms we have worked with for years, under the same quality and confidentiality terms as the core team.
We Look For
5+ years in software engineering, embedded/edge systems, computer vision, or backend/data platforms.
Degree in CS, EE, Mechatronics, Physics, or equivalent. Practical delivery track record matters most.
You move comfortably between requirements, architecture, and deployment.
You care about robust, shippable systems, not just proofs of concept.
Self-directed, remote-first, project-based. Ownership from architecture through deployment.
