When a project requires additional depth — specific platform expertise, parallel workstreams, or surge capacity — we extend the team from our partner network. We maintain long-standing relationships with vetted senior freelancers and specialized companies who operate under the same quality and confidentiality standards as the core team.
We Look For
5+ years in software engineering, embedded/edge systems, computer vision, or backend/data platforms.
Degree in CS, EE, Mechatronics, Physics, or equivalent. Practical delivery track record matters most.
You move comfortably between requirements, architecture, interfaces, performance, and deployment.
You care about robust, shippable systems — not just proofs of concept.
Self-directed, remote-first, project-based. Ownership from architecture through deployment.
